Some other things Austin crossed off his list this summer are:

*carried in groceries (3 times)
*held the door for a stranger (3 times)
*gave Gak flowers
*wrote a thank you note to the children's director at church after VBS
*put towels away
*cleared my plate from the table
*swept the kitchen
*fed the ducks
*cleaned up trash at the park
*wrote a letter to his grandparents
*donated school supplies to Windy Hill Elementary (one of our church's missions)
*did 3 chores for Gak

Austin and I went on a walk to pick up trash in our neighborhood.

Austin drew a picture and wrote a letter to President Obama. (FYI...I voted for McCain...I am just trying to teach Austin respect for the office of President) :)
